Delivery Time
Delivery Charges are
Delivery within Colombo 1-15 will take 2-3 working days.
Delivery outside Colombo will take 3-5 working days.
Orders placed during Holidays/Weekends will be dispatched on the next working day.
Peak/holiday seasons or promotions or special events may result in delays in processing and dispatching orders.
Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date set out in the shipping confirmation, unless there is an Event Outside Our Control.

Delivery Cost
Delivery Charges are applicable to all deliveries including exchange deliveries.

Others
Delivery will be made only to the address stated on the order
Shipping delays may occur for delivery address amendments,but we promise we’ll always try our best to minimize this.
After 3 delivery attempts, or if it has exceeded 10 days from the dispatch date, whichever is earlier, your parcel will be returned to us. However we’d be more than happy to redeliver your order as long as it is prepaid.
Special requests to delay dispatch for the customers’ convenience will be accommodated provided the order is prepaid and hasn’t already been dispatched.

Cancellation Policy
You may only cancel an order before the order is dispatched.
